Beret Sundet is one of Norway’s most experienced competition lawyers. Beret has extensive experience in antitrust, merger control, state aid and public procurement. She has previously
worked as a national expert within the European Commission’s, DG Competition, Merger Task Force. Beret has substantial experience handling competition law proceedings before the Norwegian national courts and the EFTA Court, as well as before authorities like the Norwegian Competition Authority, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the European Commission.
