Over the years, the firm has expanded its offering to include wider legal services such as corporate, regulatory, foreign trade, immigra - tion, labour law consulting, civil and commercial litigation, and commercial arbitration work.

Juan Carlos Amaro is an attorney at law with a masters in business law and a specialisation in constitutional law from Universidad Panamericana. He obtained the
Victor Adames is an attorney at law who graduated from Universidad Anáhuac and has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property. He joined BC&B in
ILEC from Cambridge in 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property, administrative litigation, amparo appeals and foreign trade. He is currently a senior partner at BC&B and leads the intellectual property litigation, the trade mark and copyright, and the corporate and commercial law practice groups at the firm. Juan Carlos represents clients in global IP and commercial strategy matters and has represented national and international clients in over 500 litigations. His practice includes IP litigation and consulting, amparo appeals, and commercial contracts and foreign trade. He is a member of AMPPI, the ICC and the Mexican Bar Association.
2004, was named an associate at the firm in 2012 and a partner in 2018. He oversees the firm’s trade mark and copyright practices in both in Mexico and abroad. He advises international and domestic clients across a range of sectors (including technology, telecommunications, consumer, automotive, food and beverage and retail) on matters such as distinctive signs, copyright, domain names, and IP rights licensing and contract draughting. He is a member of AMPPI and the International Trademark Association and he regularly contributes to various publications on intellectual property matters.
