Mariana Costa Pinto is a partner in the intellectual property, life sciences, litigation and TMT departments at SÉRVULO. She has vast experience in IP matters,
technology, focusing on software, e-commerce, data protection, marketing and advertising. During her career, she has worked on trade marks, including the drafting of branding protection strategies and commercial agreements on agency, franchise and distribution for premium brands. Ana Rita is chairperson of the Tax Council of AIPPI Portuguese Group, ombudsperson for the Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies and a member of UNION and IAPP.
