Oleksandr works in close co-operation with the Ukrainian PTO, and is involved in projects for improving the mechanisms of IP rights protection in Ukraine, elaborating and implementing IP reform in Ukraine, and drafting novel IP
patents, copyright and design, unfair competition, and art law. Since 2005 she has provided strategic advice to well-known domestic and international companies on the protection of intangible assets through a combination of monitoring and filing strategies, negotiating and drafting IP contracts, developing marketing campaigns, border seizure proceedings, and judicial and out-of-court defences against infringement and dilution. Ganna has considerable experience in IP litigation and domain name disputes, having represented famous international brand owners.
