Oksana also has considerable experience in the development and implementation of strategies for IP rights protection and enforcement abroad, IP transactions and defamation cases. Oksana has been involved in various complex IP projects, including advising on pro bono IP protection for a non-profit organisation, and representing clients in trade mark disputes and patent infringement cases. Oksana frequently speaks at workshops and seminars on IT, copyright, trade mark registration and designs protection. She is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and participates in Bar self- government.

Oleksandr Mamunya is an attorney-at-law and a registered patent and trade mark attorney. Since 2003 he has practised
across the full range of IP work, including patents, trade marks, trade names, designs, copyright and related rights, domain names, IP enforcement, litigation and anti-counterfeiting. Oleksandr works in close co-operation with the Ukrainian PTO, and is involved in projects for improving the mechanisms of IP rights protection in Ukraine, elaborating and implementing IP reform in Ukraine, and drafting novel IP
legislation in this area. His sector specialisations include life sciences, technology and the internet.
