Tamar Duvdevani is a partner in the New York office of DLP Piper. She chairs the firm’s Trademark Copyright & Media practice, focusing on high- stakes trade mark, copyright
trade marks and copyrights. He leads global brand protection programmes and handles complex IP matters involving brand strategy, licensing, M&A, tax and bankruptcy. Keith has successfully litigated worldwide, including one of the first trials under the Federal Dilution Act. He serves clients from startups to multinationals across the hospitality, technology, restaurant, franchise, education and consumer industries. Keith is a frequent speaker on IP and has taught IP classes and seminars around the world.

Peck, she serves on the SDNY/EDNY Rules Committee and the Federal Bar Council’s IP committee.
