Ingo Theusinger is a partner based in Noerr’s Düsseldorf office who excels in advising on corporate governance matters, D&O liability and all legal aspects of incorporated
companies, especially stock corporations. He also has substantial experience in providing preventative and repressive compliance advice. Ingo has helped various companies introduce new compliance management systems and optimise their existing compliance frameworks. Ingo recently focused his compliance work on advising companies regarding ESG topics, including the German Supply Chain Act.
