His practice focuses on the resolution of high-exposure construction disputes, and on commercial contract disputes related to energy and privatisation. He was appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and is a member of CIETAC and CICA arbitrator panels, and several arbitration institutions, including the SCC Arbitrators’ Council, the IBA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Committees, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
