Alice Viviana Niccoli is a lawyer in the IP practice at EY TAX & LAW, Milan, Italy. As well as a background in Italian law, Alice also has significant experience of international law. She has
has extensive experience in advising both Italian and international clients, providing assistance on trade mark, copyright, patent, know-how and trade secrets, advertising and unfair competition issues, in contentious and non-contentious matters. She also provides legal advice and assistance in the drafting, negotiation and performance of agreements for the management, transfer and licensing of industrial and intellectual property rights as well as due diligence audits for M&A projects. She focuses, in particular, on luxury and fashion, media, advertising and communication. She is also the author and co-author of articles on IP and copyright.
