Robin Gaulier joined the Tax department of Baker McKenzie in Paris in 2019 and became counsel in July 2024. Robin advises French and international companies as well as private equity firms on domestic and
experienced lawyer in merger and acquisition transactions for French and foreign clients. He works particularly on acquisitions and sales of French or foreign companies or groups, on domestic, cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as on joint venture operations, with a particular focus and expertise on the CG&R and healthcare/life sciences sectors. In addition, Hugo generally works in corporate law, as well as on private equity projects and group restructurings. He was seconded at the Baker McKenzie office in San Francisco for two years.
