Friederike Henke studied law in Maastricht (the Netherlands) and Saarbrücken (Germany) and has been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2006. In 2010, she was admitted to the German Bar, following which she

Friederike advises both multinationals and mid-sized companies in international transactions and procedures, and in their daily legal work. She is a member of the German-Dutch lawyers association, the German lawyers association DAV (Deutscher Anwaltverein) and the DAV Niederlande of which she is the president. She is also a member of the International Bar Association. Ingrid Cools obtained her master’s degree in law and her bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Vrije University Amsterdam in 2016 and joined BUREN in 2020. Ingrid specialises in assisting in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring. She advises both national and international companies in cross-border transactions and assists both strategic and private-equity parties. Ingrid regularly works with international law firms in cross-border transactions.
