With a strong educational background, including a BA in law from Baskent University, a master’s degree from the University of Lausanne and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley, Korcan has extensive comparative legal knowledge both in Europe and the USA, and has a global professional network. He also holds a Certified Licensing Professional qualification and a BAEcon degree, and is actively involved in policy matters regarding the valuation, commercialisation, taxation and licensing of IP.
